"Just want to take a moment to shout out to this girl right here. I sent her a message on Facebook, telling her that I needed help. Very late at night. I left my number and within seconds, she returned my call. She explained what we needed to do and said for us to call as soon as we arrived at the jail. We pulled up and there she was : we didn't even have to call her. She was there waiting on us. Standing there with a smile, she reassured us that everything was gonna be ok. Within 15 minutes, she had everything taken care of and my friend was released. Wow! Very professional, very calming and not judgmental at all.
